Grounds Upkeep

It has been over 25 years since NICC has raised the membership fee. Over this time, our expenses have increased and the maintenance of the buildings and property have taken quite a bit of our operating funds, but we had kept the annual membership fee the same. We would like to make some improvements to the property in the coming months/years; improving the health of our pond, repairing the barn, adding gravel to the barn floor, which is now dirt, adding gravel to the drive into the property, trail maintenance, as well as cleaning up trees that have been taken down or damaged by beavers. With the decrease in profit the Annual Ice Fishing Derby has been bringing in, we are asking for donations that will help us obtain a portion of our improvement goals. We look forward to your support.
